Native Pre KG School
As it has been an often repeated request from parents and well-wishers, the management had decided to start a well-equipped Kindergarten section where kids will be admitted to LKG/UKG classes from 2020-2021 academic year onwards.
For many children, this marks their maiden flight from home to a group experience. The air outside their home and family must be a new and exciting environment. The school’s primary goal is, therefore, to ensure that this transition is really successful. This is made possible by encouraging the development of a secure and trusted relationship between their new acquaintances- adults and peers. Early childhood years are distinctive from the primary or elementary years in several ways and the rapid changes that occur in the physical, social, emotional, intellectual and aesthetic domains are particularly significant. Although the progression usually occurs in recognizable and predictable directions, it is unique in each child and is occurring at varying rates.
The experiences that contribute to children’s development and learning are defined by social and cultural contexts – the family and the society; the school environment, the children and adults in the school; and all the individuals of the surrounding community who have an interaction with the children. The young child interacts with the outside world directly and innocently and it helps the child’s cognitive developments. Its ‘Early Childhood’ program encourages an active learning process through which children gains knowledge and life skills through experiential learning. The experience with the social and physical world that surrounds them is very important, especially in young years.
Every day children in the ‘Early Childhood’ program are given opportunities to learn and develop through exploration, games and a variety of such structured activities. We continually and consistently encourage each child to find and nourish their latent talents. We understand that each child is unique and our programs are designed to address their individual needs. Young children need extended periods and as much space as possible to explore, investigate and play, with a variety of materials, to learn about themselves, other people and the world around them.
Meaningful Teacher-Student Interactions
Stepping into a kindergarten classroom is like crossing the threshold into an Imaginarium full of vibrant colours, inquisitive chatter, calming music, and the warm buzz of bubbling energy.
But a classroom is just a space. It’s the kindergarten teacher who creates a home away from home and an environment where foundational early learning takes place.
Remember that children need to be active
Go for walks around the school, jump up and down, act out a story, do anything that gets the children develop a keen interest
Our trained kindergarten teachers and ayahs will be knowing how to keep the children engaged productively. The will surely pave the way for effective learning, playfully.
